These Terms apply when you use this website or place an order with MischiefByMischief.
Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Your order is accepted once it has been dispatched.
We may cancel and refund an order where:
- an item is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- there is an obvious pricing or product-description error;
- information supplied appears incorrect or fraudulent; or
- we reasonably suspect misuse of the website, payment process, promotions or returns process.
Products
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the screen used to view them. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Prices and payment
Prices, delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before checkout.
Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.
Availability
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your basket does not reserve it.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel and refund the affected item.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns Policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Claims and evidence
When an item is reported as faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing, we may request reasonable evidence to assess the claim.
This may include:
- clear photographs or video;
- photographs of the packaging;
- delivery or tracking information;
- an order number or other proof of purchase; or
- return of the item for inspection.
Evidence must accurately represent the product and issue being reported.
You must not provide false, altered, fabricated, misleading or AI-generated evidence in connection with an order, delivery, return, refund or product claim.
Where we reasonably suspect that a claim or supporting evidence is fraudulent or misleading, we may investigate it, request additional information, refuse an unsupported or fraudulent claim, cancel associated orders or restrict future use of the website.
This does not affect any statutory rights relating to genuinely faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Discount codes and promotions
Promotions and discount codes may be limited to particular products, customers or time periods.
Unless stated otherwise:
- only one discount code may be used per order;
- codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- codes may expire; and
- we may reject or withdraw codes affected by misuse or an obvious technical error.
Website and content
The MischiefByMischief name, logos, product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics and website content must not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without permission.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or introduce malicious software.
Our responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected when the order was placed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
