SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
This policy explains how orders placed through MischiefByMischief are processed and delivered.
Processing
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During launches, promotions or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be included where available.
UK delivery
Available UK delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Unless another delivery timeframe has been agreed, online orders should generally be delivered within 30 days.
International delivery
International shipping options and prices are shown at checkout where available.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, courier service and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for checking whether the products ordered can legally be imported into the destination country.
Customs and import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, courier fees or handling charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.
The carrier or customs authority may request payment before the parcel is delivered or released. Customs charges are commonly collected by the parcel or courier company before delivery.
If customs or import charges are not paid, the parcel may be delayed, refused, abandoned or returned to us.
Where a parcel is returned because customs or import charges were not paid, any refund will be considered only after the parcel has been returned and inspected.
Original shipping costs and any return, customs, carrier or handling charges may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted.
MischiefByMischief does not refund customs duties, import taxes or handling charges paid directly to a local authority or carrier.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.
A tracking status showing that a shipping label has been created does not necessarily mean the parcel has already been collected by the courier.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Contact help@mischiefbymischief.com as soon as possible if you notice an error.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Delays
Delivery may be affected by:
- courier disruption;
- customs processing;
- severe weather;
- public holidays;
- strikes;
- security checks; or
- other events outside our reasonable control.
If your order is significantly delayed, contact help@mischiefbymischief.com with your order number and we will investigate.
Lost parcels
Contact us if tracking has shown no meaningful movement for an extended period or if the parcel appears to be lost.
We may need to open an investigation with the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Customers may be asked to provide reasonable information or confirmation required by the courier.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel or product arrives damaged, contact:
Include:
- your order number;
- clear photographs of the item;
- photographs of the outer and inner packaging; and
- a photograph of the shipping label where possible.
Keep all packaging until the claim has been assessed, as the courier may request evidence.
Delivered but not received
If tracking states that a parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it:
- check the delivery address;
- check any safe place;
- ask household members or neighbours; and
- contact the courier where appropriate.
Then contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
A delivery scan alone will not automatically determine the outcome of a claim. We may request additional information and investigate with the courier.
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is refused, left unclaimed, returned because customs charges were unpaid or sent to an incomplete or incorrect address, it may be returned to us.
Any refund will be considered after the parcel has been received and inspected.
Original delivery, return, customs, carrier and handling costs may be deducted where legally permitted.
If you request redelivery, you may be required to pay the new delivery cost before the order is sent again.
Returns
Information about returning an order is available in our Returns Policy.
International returns must be declared accurately as returned goods and may be subject to additional customs requirements. Returned Goods Relief can sometimes reduce import duty when goods are brought back into the UK, provided the relevant conditions and customs procedures are met.
Purchases made through this website are also subject to our Terms.
